Did you know that lack of sleep is linked to depression?[1]

It’s also linked to heart disease and type 2 diabetes!

Lack of sleep can also exacerbate the symptoms of many mental conditions including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.[2]

So while it sounds too simple and too easy to be a real solution for anything…take just a moment right now and ask yourself:
Do you feel rested?
Do you get enough sleep?
Do you enjoy enough downtime in your life?

I know life is busy. But consider that we will get more done long-term, if we get adequate rest.

So it’s a simple fix today!

Get more rest, more sleep, more downtime.

  • A clear intention of self-care
  1. Remember we change most effectively, by doing it gradually, with small steps, or as Bob would say: Baby Steps! So what is one small way you can get more rest, or sleep, or downtime this week?
